We are running some 'taster' lessons for our curernt year 9 groups which involves them doing some GCSE music work up to half term. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas for what topic to cover with them. Needs to be something that will challenge them and also raise their interest in music as we are trying to encourage the uptake of students choosing it in years 10 and 11.

Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions?
