I took mine outside in pairs, one hid something and the other had to ask for clues to find it (position) e.g. is it near the fence? Is it under the sandpit et. For direction they directed each other around the playground e.g. Take 20 steps forward, turn a quarter turn clockwise, take 17 steps forward etc. They really got the idea of half and quater turns and had fun!
