Next weekend my LO is being christened and we are having a buffet lunch afterwards. This week I baked 5 quiches and they are now in the freezer. How long before the day should I take them out of the freezer? Do I need to reheat them in the oven (if so do I do this straight from frozen or let them defrost first)? If I do reheat then I am worried they will burn on top as they are already cooked. Or should I just defrost and eat? Thanks for your help. I don't want to get this wrong!!
