For me a 'fry up' meal should have fried tomatoes and mushrooms, with fried bacon sausage and eggs and fried potatoes.

For me, a notsausage, hash brown, egg, mushroom (lots), and beans.
    But that's me.

So long as it starts with a frying pan and unfeasible quantities of fat anything you like. Corned beef hash was my first thought. But I'm actually making kebabs tonight.

For an evening meal a mixed grill should have:
    Bacon or Gammon
    Steak
    Lamb chop
    Sausage
    Black pudding
    Mushrooms
    Beans
    Tomato
    Toast or Hash brown
    2 fried eggs

If you don't want all the grease then try lamb or pork cutlet or loin chops grilled with black pudding and either a few sauteed potato chips, then deep fat fried or put on a tray in the oven and dribble with oil and cook, or use 1 cal spray for less fat. Should give you soft chips inside when you bite them. For liquid stuff can use a salad or bean, peas etc.

    To be controversial-

Pancakes with a side of crispy bacon or avocado on toast with bacon and poached egg.

I always think of a fry up more like an All Day Breakfast with bacon, fried egg, sausage, mushrooms, tomato but I also love fried bread with baked beans soaking into it! Sometimes scrambled egg instead of fried but only if home cooked as they can often be awful and overcooked if you have them out somewhere.
I would probably not have this in the evening though and would go for fried egg, ham and chips.
