Can I freeze cooked rice, is it safe? and how do I heat it up properly?

Cool it quickly by running cold water through it, then package in portion sizes and reheat thoroughly. The danger with cooked rice is being kept warm for too long when Bacillus Cereus can multiply and form toxins.
