    Hi everyone,

Just out of interest, has anyone incorporated free running or parkour as its also known into their curriculum? Im trying to make a gymnastics module more exciting, creative and modern for the the boys and feel that this new urban activity is definitely the way forward.

If your not sure what free runnning is check this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fouvwilGWc

Any schemes of work would be much appreciated

This is interesting. Do you think parkour would be suitable for Y5/6 boys who are disaffected with 'traditional' gym? I like the idea of using each other as walls etc.
