    i can't exercise! i've had the lurgy since christmas eve and daren't do more than put the clean socks away.

    i'm a lot better than i was, but still coughing and feel as weak as a kitten. the docs won't give me anything if i go, as none of the symptoms have lasted long enough and it's viral not bacterial. i tend to get one symptom after another with colds, not all at once, so it all lasts longer. i hadn't sneezed until today!

    This is my idea of extreme weight-lifting. That counts as exercise, I trust.

    I've been lifting pints with my right hand to exercise my bad neck, shoulder and arm.
