Our department needs to buy 8 food processors to be used by students principally for making smoothies and soups. We'd like something quite robust but without the huge number of attachments that seem to come with food processors nowadays. Any suggestions please fellow teachers? Thanks in advance.
  2. We use jug liquidizers & hand blenders (have 6 of each for a class of 20) - rarely use a food processor
  3. We use stick blenders more than anything else - each unit has its own (so its one between two). We bought supermarket own brand cheap versions and they have been great, used lots. Just make sure they are the twist apart version as it makes a huge difference to the cleaning up process.
We do have food processors, but to be honest these are used to make koftas and pastry in class and thats about it.

What type of food processor do you use IA? We need them to make koftas too.
