Been in post as teacher while postholder is on maternity leave. The teacher is returning for last week of Easter. I have been told that I will be paid on supply for the last week and then won't be receiving any holiday pay for easter despite being in post since summer half term 2011 (I will have been in post for half a term short of a full year). My contract stipulates the job ends as soon as post holder returns but wondered if I have any rights as I have been in the post for some time. Is it down to head to decide if I get paid or not? Any advice welcome.
