  1. so i finished my last placement end of December.

should i use my tutor from my final placement and my teacher from final placement, or is the headteacher from final placement?

    thankyou!

The norm is your last employer in a post that involved children; for a teacher this would be the last Headteacher.
But for a NQT it is a bit different. Your Uni Tutor plus the mentor or HoD in one of your placements is fine.
    Best wishes

    Hi

I'm half-way though teacher training for Secondary.

I've had a 10-year career working in one company in an entirely unrelated field. Should I use that employer as a reference on my CV?

    thanks

N.B. - for a new question, best to start a new thread, as I don't always go back to past ones if I've answered.
No, you should use your Tutor from your course plus someone - your mentor, HoD - from a placement school.
N.B. CVs are not used for teaching appointments - Govt advice. (Some independent schools haven't got the message). So don't waste time doing one and don't send one in.
Don't forget to read the shortlisting tips in the Welcome thread here on JobSeekers.
    Best of luck.
