It's just flashed up on Guardian too..
Some reports saying a car mowed down people on Westminster Bridge.
From the Guardian:
Radosław Sikorski, a Polish politician, has spoken to the BBC saying:
I didn’t see a car but I heard what I thought was a collision, I looked through the window of the taxi and I saw someone down obviously in great distress.
He then saw a further four people down on the ground, “one bleeding profusely”, he said.
According to Reuters, two people have been shot and at least a dozen injured.

Awful . Fingers crossed for the injured that they can get treated quickly and recover.
On BBC reports that there were sounds of a car crash which seems to have run people down, then a man armed with a knife stabbed an officer before being shot. Whether the armed man was the same guy that was driving the car is unclear.
News special on BBC now. Being treated as a terrorist incident. Parliamentary offices in shutdown.
Some people claiming that it was a group of French teenagers that were hit with a car.
Nothing I want to say will get past the swear filter on here.
Yes, BBC News saying a group of French school children hit - appalling. Still unfolding. Very shocking.
Oh I hope those children are ok. Worst school trip nightmares made real.
There are children on trips to Westminster that are in a lockdown situation. I'm sure everyone is rallying around to ease their anxiety but even so. Nightmare.
Just reporting that one woman has died from the bridge incident
Scottish parliament now in recess as a precaution.
So many implications to so many people.
One woman has died.
It seems the person who was shot was the assailant, shot by the police.
Suspect package found outside Westminster.
I'm feel so sorry for those affected.
But mostly, I just feel really, really really, really angry.
My sister lives near there, she was in the West End and unaware that anything was going on.
Yep - that and really, really upset.
Another cowardly attack on innocent people.
My sympathies to everyone involved and their families.
