    I would venture to disagree. Most of the violence I've seen in education is because of a system led education resulting in young people feeling that there's nothing in it for them.

    In which case you'd expext mass violence throughout the UK state sector.

    The article in the OP states 1000 incidents in Finland.
    As for the UK (from NEU);
    Department for Education (DfE) figures for 2014/15 show that there were 20,770 exclusions for violence against an adult and 52,710 exclusions for verbal abuse or threatening behaviour against an adult during that year.
    Doesn't look like being results centred is an improvement.
