Finally hit the 30 mark

    I know it’s slightly different but I have been told to manage 15 KS2 children doing outdoor learning with tools. Yeah right.
    I’m not even a teacher but apparently I can have a ratio of 1:15 and yes I have to “make it work”
    I can’t be paid as a HLTA as I don’t have a full class.
    The point is that you cannot give the pupils the right experiences and skills if you don’t have the support to do it.

    Dfe guidance is no more than 26 in a practical subject without additional clearance.
