Final term of NQT Year.

Discussion in 'New teachers' started by sll2g09, Feb 28, 2012.

  1. Hi there, wondered if anyone could give me some advice. I have just started my final term of my NQT year. It has been tough but enjoyable and my last 2 reports have been good with targets i am striving to meet. I was told today that a small pecentage of my class are not acheiving their target which I am aware of and have put procedures in place. However I have been told if they do not make this progress this term then I will fail my NQT year. Its got me slightly worried now. Is this the case? Any advice would be great. Many thanks.
