Go with the flow, there's no quick remedy. When you're having a good day, don't think, "Great, I'll get x,y and z done." because you'll pay for over-doing it by then having a rotten couple of days. Pacing is all. Take regular walks to preserve muscle tone and don't be afraid to rest during the day. It's all about managing the symptoms of Fibromyalgia, as there is no quick cure, I'm afraid.
