Can preggie ladies eat feta cheese? The packet doesn't say whether it is pasteurised or not.
  2. If in doubt, don't...

I'd say do if it is produced in the UK but not if it's imported, but that's just me. I've eaten feta in Cafe Rouge as they told me it was pasteurised and from the UK, and it was very yummy!
  4. Feta cheese is on the nhs 'safe to eat' list of hard cheeses according to an essay I found on www.pregnancy forum.org.uk

  5. I eat absolute tons of the stuff and I love it, if it's pasteurised it's fine!

That's good news! I think I have a very cheesy baby judging by the amount of cheese I fancy! Mainly Cheshire!
  7. Its fine :) http://www.babycentre.co.uk/pregnancy/nutrition/foodsafety/cheeseexpert/

    Go and enjoy it.
