Don't forget that after May 31st there will be jobs coming up that employed teachers can't apply for. Hopefully you will find some jobs to go for after half-term.
Rejection does suck, and we all know how you're feeling. Try to stay positive and look out for things coming up in the new few weeks.
    Good luck.

This is amazing - 2 applications, 2 interviews! You clearly have a GREAT deal going for you!
    And how about that!
So - quick, see if there are any places left on either of these two seminars this Saturday:
S107. Winning That Teaching Job – Saturday 26th May - Making the best of your application – How to make sure your application gets noticed - How to shine atInterview
For more information and to register please visit: www.tesweekendworkshop107.eventbrite.co.uk
S106. Interview Coaching – Saturday 26th May - Always the runner-up and never the winner? How to improve your performance, showcase your skills and experience and give a professional impression to the interview panel.
For more information and to register please visit: www.tesweekendworkshop106.eventbrite.co.uk
    Ah but - 31 May!
31 May is the deadline for handing in resignations. So where a teacher resigns then, the school puts out an advert - and only teachers who are not in permanent employment - people like you - can apply!
    So there's hope yet.
    Best wishes

Theo, you're brilliant. I feel more cheerful already. I think I just needed to have a bit of a whinge.
Thanks so much for the advice.
