Yup. Sort of like carrying a heavy weight around and just wanting to put it down?

  16. I know it sounds so very, very trite, but our lives are never as bad as we think they are and somebody always has it worse.
I have my fed up days as many do, but I am grateful for what I still have, for what I have been through and for the lovely folk I still have around me.
It is simple, and so difficult, but for what you think you lose, there is so much you still have or can gain.
If you embrace life, it offers a lot. I spent many a year not understanding this, and made myself unhappy.
But today - no matter what - I love life. I love meeting people, I love being able to say "no, I want to spend an evening alone" and I love myself, for allowing myself to enjoy, rather than suffer.
