Famous Psychologists and Sociologists?

Discussion in 'Social sciences' started by klutzqueen, Oct 21, 2008.

  1. Hi all, I am trying to create a wall display for psych and socio and am printing off some pictures and writing up some blurb on famous psychologists and sociologists. I am distinctly lacking females!

I have looked for a photo of Ann Oakley for feminism but can't find one.

    So far I have:

Psychology - Freud, Skinner, Pavlov, Ainsworth

    Sociology - Marx, Weber, Durkheim

I'm trying to put in people that appear in the syllabus, but struggling moreso with sociology, being new to it and only 7 weeks in.

If anyone has any obvious ones I've missed, please let me know as I am really trying to brighten up my classroom!

    Many thanks

    Debbie )
