If a nursery has 1 qualified teacher, 1 level 3 qualified member of staff and 1 Special Needs Assistant working 1:1 in the nursery class, how many children are they allowed to have in any 1 session.

is it 26 based on teacher and level 3 or can you include the sen assistant allowing up to 39 based on 1:13 ratio

No, the 1:1 is precisely that, you can't then allocate 13 children to them. At a push you could have 27.
