EYFS phase leader interview questions

Discussion in 'Early Years' started by bedazzled, Apr 22, 2012.

  1. Hi

Got an interview next week thought of all usual questions like SEN, transition F1 to F2 and F2 to Y1, New EYFS and profile, raising attainment, community involvement, OFSTED, organisation, child protection and safe guarding, planning, interventions, phonics, reading, ECM, how I would lead team, outdoors, organising class, parents, management roles, contribution to SLT.

Have I missed anything blindingly obvious?

  2. Sounds like a pretty comprehensive list. Every time I thought of something else I then spotted it in your list!
Make sure you say something about your relationships with the children.
Very best of luck - tell us how you get on!
