I'm trying to conduct some research on what work and life skills teachers feel they need external support on.

With the introduction of the PSHE 2020 curriculum and increasing focus on young people's mental health do you feel there is a need for training not only to deliver the new PSHE curriculum but also to ensure your mental healthy and resilience is positive?

Really I'm looking at what sort of training you feel is lacking to support teacher retention, work life balance, mental health and wellbeing among many other topics.

Any thoughts, opinions and ideas would be welcome.
