Exec Summary question - Person Spec or Job Spec?

Discussion in 'Jobseekers' started by Butterflychic, Mar 25, 2012.

  1. Hi there,
If the job advert comes with both a detailed job spec and person spec, which one do you use for the exec summary? :S In the past I have used the person spec as the job desc was always a generic teacher spec.

    Thanks!

This is great to have a choice - just use the one where you can show yourself off best!
    Best wishes
