Exam Officer interview

Hi

I was wondering if there are any exam officers who can offer interview advice? I do not have previous EO experience but I have had invigilating, teaching and admin roles in the past.

All I know is that there will be in an interview and a task.

Any advice (particularly about the types of task) would be really appreciated!

The one thing you will need to demonstrate is your ability to carry out any task without error. In the days when a classroom teacher was also the exam officer, I had that responsibility in a senior high school with a year 11 of 350 pupils and a sixth form of nearly 300, in addition to a teaching timetable of 29 out of 35 lessons a week. Very many staff told me openly that they could not possibly do my job.
