    if we leave the EU does that mean we don't need to enter the song conrest?

    Nah! A lot of the regular entrant are not in the EU. Think only of Israel, for example.

    Brexit will mean that it won't be illegal to ban non UK citizens for performing for Britain in eurovision. Top EU talent such as Jedward could see Britain have a good chance of finishing in the top 20 acts. I'm afraid that without such EU talent singing for Britain, we will be doomed to ever more null point humiliations.

    Brexit could be an even greater disaster for Britain's Got Talent. The programme relies a great deal on talentless idiots from all over the EU to supplement our home grown talentless idiots in the ratings war.
