If you were full time previously and now returning to your previous post on a 0.4 contract you should be able to back claim it as a lump sum - though, so you are aware, your commitment to work in post extends from the 13 weeks post leave period to (rough calculation) something like 28 weeks.
If the 'new school\ is within he same LEA or academy chain this calculation diminishes pro rata?.
