"Endemic bullying" in Conservative Future explains a lot about English state education?

That bullying is the default management technique in English state education is a given.

The question which arises is "as such behaviour is against all the shibboleths constantly propounded by the ruling political elite" how do the bosses get away with it decade after decade?

The facts coming out currently from Conservative Central Office do seem to hold the key to this conundrum.

Unfortunately politicians by nature try and say what they think their electorate want to hear. So they tend to say one thing and then do another. So the political elite tend to be rather two faced.

Do I think Conservative central office really care about an ingrained custom of bullying in some schools? No. They worship the memory of Margret Thatcher who seemed to be in the custom of bullying everyone but her husband Dennis.
