  1. Had three interviews now for various KS1 posts and not got the job.

Has anybody else had difficulties or any advice?
    Really lost my confidence now!

    Thanks

  3. Me too.
Am not feeling particularly employable right now, especially as my current school didn't feel like re-hiring me for September and is giving the post to someone completely new. Makes me think I'm **** and maybe I am.
There always seems to be someone out there who is better at everything than me.
    Sorry. Feeling very low.

The plus side is that you are getting interviews- try and get feedback and analyse what your weaknesses are. Three is actually not a lot these days!

I'm in exactly the same situation. I'm in secondary MFL, not primary but I've also had three interviews for when my fixed-term ends in July and have got nowhere. I'm really worrying now!
