    Hi all,
we are a larger than average primary school looking to move away from paper registers. What electronic systems do people buy into and would you recommend them?

    Thanks

We all complete our registers online, directly into SIMS. It works really well. You'll need to develop a system for fire drills etc though, as I doubt you'd have access to the online registers outside.

I've worked with Arbor and SIMs. I like the look of Arbor but found SIMs much easier to get the information from. I also believe it was easier to run reports regarding progress etc, but don't quote me on that.

We use SIMS but don't bother with progress reports etc.
