Edexcel June 2011 Question - Religious Language

Discussion in 'Religious Education' started by smithy52, Dec 8, 2011.

  1. "Compare and contrast two types of religious language". (Edexcel, June 2011)

I'm confused. Does anyone know how to answer this?

  3. I seem to remember this being discussed at the time. I think the consensus was to consider the different 'types' as in symbol, myth or analogy though I seem to remember others arguing for contrasting cognitive assertions (truth claims) with non-cognitive 'types' such as ethical commands.
