Does anyone know if someone has already been tested and diagnosed with dyslexia or dyslexic tendencies, is it necessary to retest them at a later date?

  2. I'm not completely sure as it's not my area but I believe they need to be retested when approaching public exams in order to benefit from extra time and/or any other exam access arrangements that would be appropriate for them such as the use of a computer if this is their usual way of working. Also, for students applying for a Disabled Students Allowance at university, they usually need a recent educational psychologists report which is under 2 years old. As I said, I'm not completely sure but hope someone else can help.
