dyslexia and phonics

Discussion in 'Early Years' started by sarahjoanned, May 26, 2011.

  1. Make everything you can multisensory. Go on hunts for things begining with a certain letter. Make the letters in play dough, play lots of games. Musical phonics where they dance and stop when the music ends- you say a letter and they have to find it. Also, Jolly phonics actions are a real help for those who are stuggling.
Good luck and don't get stressed :)
