I'm looking forward to being in the same country/city/home as my husband for the first time in six months.

I'll miss the fantastic bunch of people I spend my days with and the challenge of playing my part in leading a school out of special measures.

I am only halfway through my contract but feel I can still answer this for Year 2:

I am looking forward to an easier team. This year, I was head of the most difficult team in the school (those were the words of the principal). My NQT has come along really well and I look forward to working with her next year, and my others are off to other schools and year groups.

I will miss the other primary heads of year, though... They have been a God send this year and are all off to pastures new.

I am looking forward to living in a city, having shops, public transport, electricity, internet that works and being closer to home so I can see my family more often.
I don think I will miss anything except the wonderful people I have met while here.

Moving to a city of 17million people and joining a nice small school of 500 students!
I'll miss my students' sense of humour as they are very amusing and sarcastic at times

I'm looking forward to not doing evening and weekend duties, more reliable electricity and a different part of the globe to explore.

I'll miss the children here and acacia trees.
