Does your school use lesson observations to judge on your pay review?

    Currently doing some research on pedagogy and have taken some time out of teaching. I want to write a paper about this but wondered if it was actually still a thing.

    Mine does! One lesson a year and they feel that determined progression

    No, thankfully we still have automatic pay progression within a pay spine. Wether you go from one spine to the next is based more on extracurricular engagement than teaching.
