Does ECM still exist?!

    Would appreciate replies from any HT's. It all seems to have gone quiet on the ECM front- are the 5 outcomes still a driving force behind the provision etc. that children are to experience? Thanks.

  3. Not a HT but very much still alive in my world of work! In fact atm increasingly so...

  5. Colleagues who have had Ofsted visits in 2011 say ECM is still important to inspectors, even the ones who are fixated by data.

    That's because, in spite of what Gove says, the framework won't change until January 2012

  9. Not an HT either but on NPQH at present. Graduation board members are apparently not allowed to ask about ECM, but phrase their questions in terms of well being etc. I don't know if this is indicative of where it's going but it does seem that this govenment doesn't like the phrase.
