Does becoming an academy trigger an ofsted?

    Those that were forced into conversion due to poor results are likely get Ofsted in within the usual allotted time (e.g. 1 year), but a school with problems is likely to get inspected regularly regardless of whether it is an academy or not.
    Basically untrue thanks to faulty logic.
