Does anyone handwrite applications?

Discussion in 'Jobseekers' started by 8910rebecca, Mar 14, 2012.

  1. Is this old school or acceptable?
I for one am fed up of copying and pasting all my school info/job info into loads of different forms!
    Any thoughts out there?

Some schools, as welshchocoholic will tell you, insist on handwritten applications. Not easy if one's handwriting is not 'tip-top' and one has to be so slow and careful to ensure there are no mkistakes.
I do hope you're not simply copying and pasting 'en bloc' as what you need is a bank of possible strengths/abilities etc, upon which to draw for any particular application so it's never boring, but actuallu quite a chore to decide which of your many 'bank' paragraphs/items will best fit the job spec.
