  1. Hi all,
I am starting a new job in September in a mixed Nursery/Reception/Year One class.
I haven't taught FS before and need to know exactly what paperwork I am expected to complete other than weekly planning.
    Any advice would be great!
    Thanks!

  3. Snap!
I will definitely keep my eye on this thread! I'm moving from UKS2...how about you?
I'm reading lots at the moment, mainly online, but I'm writing a wish-list of books that have been recommended on here too
    Exciting isn't it?!!
PS - I've also called my Early Years Advisor, who's going to come in and give me lots of support. I'm also starting to look around other FS classes in my PPA time too to get a feel for things.

  4. I have been working in Year One and Year Two but there are so many documents needed just for FS like indoor/outdoor provision, CIL provision, Free-flow!
There needs to be some sort of definitive list so we know we have filled in all we need to!
Ah I might speak to our Early Years Advisor too then! See if they can help!!

There isn't a definitive list because each setting/teacher is different and planning should meet the individual school's requirements.

You might want to look at my LEA planning

  6. Thanks Msz, they look really helpful.
