    I think that's a bit harsh! I'm sure you'll find people who are interested in creating links. We already have quite a few links so aren't looking for extra ones.
    Is this something that overlaps with e-twinning though?

    It was just the tone of the posting! You would think that there would be a link to a website. Who is actually going to send an email to a total stranger without knowing more details?
