Which one should I buy in the next round of sales?
I use a Surface Pro 3... not one of your options.
Having said that, it's not a laptop either.
I tried out a Surface Pro and the guy was very keen to sell it to me but I didn't like the keyboard.
Current likes are an Asus Zenbook, a Toshiba L50 and an Acer F5.
I like tablets. I get fed up with continuous updates for my laptop.
I don't take tablets except when I get a bad headache and I haven't got a laptop.
The poll results so far:
At least one member of the profession got their laptop by breaking Curry's window.
Love my MacBook - may never leave my current job simply so I don't have to give it back to work!
Can thoroughly recommend.
Sorry, I was thinking of an Asus Zenpad
As long as its got the words Asus and Zen in it, it gives me an excuse to buy it.
Pretty swish. Like them. Much better than Nexus.
The only one that nobody has voted for so far is Asus.
*here's a tissue*
Asus are fine. Very reliable, on the whole, I never voted for them solely cos I use an Acer at home and I like it.
Keyboard wise and screen wise, I really liked the Acers but the Asus just looks the business.
I think the Asus Zenpad is about £210. Of course, like any new techie stuff, it'll be dated in less than 6 months. Maybe wait for a bit until the price comes down. Nice bit of kit, though.
Might get a Mac.
On second thoughts.....
have a third thought
Wise words, as usual.
I'm taking an Asus Zenpad home from work in order to do some work over the festivities. If you want to ask any questions, do.
So far though, we only just got them in a few weeks ago, I'm seeing loads more, and better, functionality than the Nexus 10 running lollipop. Not sure how they compare with mac products.
