Hi. I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant and am just starting to think about my maternity pay and whether I have continuous service. For the past three years I have worked on supply for the local authority in the same school. Essentially, I was working three days a week in the same school but without a contract (I don't know why no contract was offered). Does this count as continuous employment with my LA? (I have since been working full time in the same school since September).
