Differentiation in Post 16

    Just the usual stuff like by outcome (different tasks - easy/hard) and by questioning and answering targeted students (harder and easier questions) and by role play (harder and easier).

    Perhaps also by coupling weaker and strong students to peer support etc.
    Also setting them more challenging tasks (higher) and harder key words etc

    I've worked both in F.E and in secondary. There are lots of resources on the internet that you can "plan for the individual".
