    They told you that your lesson was great, so why feel that you are a rubbish teacher?
  2. I've cheered up a bit now and decided that they must have just been looking for something/someone different. I know that my lesson was good. It's just disappointing to not get further into the process especially after the amount of time and effort I put into the application and the length of time taken to get to the school (6 hours driving in one day).
  3. I know. It's something to consider but I do feel that if I am meeting the UPS standards then I deserve to move up and if I don't do so then I'm contributing to devaluing the profession.
