didn't get job so gutted

  1. First of all, sorry you didn't get the job. It's a horrible feeling. I would ring for the feedback; hopefully it will be constructive criticism that will help in future. You're right, you did do well to get to the interview stage and the children enjoyed the activity. Try to focus on the positives and use the feedback next time. Good luck :)
  2. [​IMG] Sorry to hear that. It is a horrible feeling when you don't get the job but as you said, even getting to the interview was a positive. It could also be that they had internal candidates etc in which case it doen't matter how well you interview to be honest.
    I would definitely ring for feedback if I were you. If you know what you can improve it will be useful when you next get an interview.

    Good luck and don't let it get you down too much.
