DfE Pay award grant?

I've crunched the numbers on this and looks like we'll be short by a good few thousand. How is everyone else calculating the shortfall? I have used the figures published versus the increase in my staffing costs and it doesn't look good.

Any thoughts?

It's not as if I can avoid it, so will wait and see what it actually is IRL.
