If you have already been shortlisted, then go to the Welcome thread at the top, and open the Interview Tips clickable. Inside this if you scroll down is specialist advice on SLT interviews.
If you are at the application stage still, then before getting the interview right, you need to get the application spot on! So inside the Welcome thread, read the Shortlisting clickables.
My final advice, whichever stage you are at, is to attend this seminar, which will really help you.
Moving into Headship or SLT? - Saturday 21st April - how to get shortlisted, what to expect from the interview process and how to shine at interview - www.tesweekendworkshop98.eventbrite.co.uk
    Best wishes
