  1. I have searched the forums for an answer, but I can't seem to find one.
What would you consider continuous professional in-service training to refer to for an NQT post?
I've been doing supply so I haven't attended any INSET training or staff meetings since my final teaching practice last year. Would supply count? I have attended courses recently as CPD, but I don't know whether that would come under the above...
    Do I mention both?

A NQT will have a lot less CPD than other applicants - that's to be expected.
    I don't quite understand:
is surely the same thing as
Is it the one called CPD and the other called Inset that is flummoxing you? CPD is juat the activity Formerly Known As Inset . . .
And do mention any Safeguarding or Child Protection training that you have done.
    Best wishes
