  1. Hi Theo

    Just read your posts about personal meetings with you regarding the interview process. I could really do with some help. I do get better with practise. I've had 2 so far. My last one I felt really good about and sold myself well. I took a portfolio in and children's work, it was a good selling point and enabled me to discuss other things I may have missed. I've been on long term temporary contracts but the permanent posts are the hardest to get!
