Dear theo

  1. oh, google chrome!....

    Just prepping myself for my interview this week, and one of the questions in the list is
    "What are your weaknesses?"
    I can't think of how to spin my weaknesses into a positive light.
    I think I am going into panic mode now! Thanks

    If you're even slightly lucky, you won't get asked that because it's an old chestnut!
    The tip is to say something (just one, no more) that can be easily overcome, and show what steps you take to deal with it.
    A non-teaching example would be: Chocolate, so I make sure that I don't just pick it up with the supermarket shop. And if I'm given any, I put it away inside a tin in a cupboard, so I don't see it.
    That's not what I do, of course: I just sit down and gobble it up straight away!

    Just think of what positive moves you could make to turning a disadvantage into an advantage or what you could do to overcome the 'weakness'.
