I am applying for a job that gives the name of a person who is not the head as the contact. When addressing the envelope and letter of application should i use the contacts name (as it appears she is the main person involved in the process) Or do i put the head's name out of formality?

    Thank you :)

    The Head.
Unless you are applying for a Headship, in which case Chair of Govs.
And get the name and spelling right!
    Best of luck
